All-purpose spicy tomato sauce (VGGF)

As you can tell by now, I’m a firm believer that I’m always busy. I’m not, obviously. But the mind is a powerful thing and if you believe you are always busy then it becomes a little bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy. Thus, I become busy.

So one of the things I try to do often is find little time savers that help trim some of the hassle out of the day. This is one such recipe that helps me do just that.

You can make this pasta sauce at a moments notice, in minutes. Boil some pasta with it, and in a few short minutes you have a delicious lunch or dinner (which you can then OF COURSE top with our lush vegan Parm like the tortellini below). Throw together the base for our speedy pizzas and top with this sauce and you have a perfect spicy base. Heck you could even double it and use it in a vegetable lasagna or something!

It is always good. It is always fast. It’s my go-to spicy sauce and I hope you like it as much as I do!
